The story of the Chhattisgarh Pharmacists Association is deeply intertwined with the history of the state itself.
• Foundation: Registered on December 11, 2001 (Registration No. 81), the Association was formed during a time when pharmacy-qualified individuals were few.
• The First Milestone: Our journey of formal advocacy began with our first state-level meeting on January 19, 2003, at Moti Bagh, Raipur. This gathering set the stage for decades of activism.
• Expansion: From those early days in Raipur, we have grown into a powerhouse organization. Today, CPA operates through active units in every Division and District of Chhattisgarh, ensuring that the voice of every pharmacist is heard, regardless of their location.
What We Do: Our Core Focus
The CPA serves as a protective shield and a progressive platform for all registered pharmacists holding Pharmacy Degrees and Diplomas. Our advocacy spans across all sectors of the profession:
• Government Pharmacists: Ensuring fair working conditions and policy representation within state health departments.
• Community & Retail: Protecting the interests of those on the front lines of public medicine distribution.
• Marketing Professionals: Supporting pharmacists in the pharmaceutical trade and industry.
• Academia & Students: Mentoring the next generation of pharmacists and safeguarding the interests of teaching faculty and pharmacy students.
